These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bruiser CyberSec LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SPCTR application, available at https://spctr.bruisercybersec.com and as an installable Progressive Web App (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
By accessing or using the Service in any manner — including as a Guest, as a Free user, or as a paid subscriber — you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are using SPCTR on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SPCTR. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 17 years of age must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 13.
The Service is not available to individuals or entities that are: (a) subject to U.S. sanctions or included on any U.S. government restricted-party list; (b) located in a jurisdiction where providing the Service is prohibited by applicable law.
SPCTR is a privacy-first security suite providing the following features, availability of which varies by subscription tier:
The Service is provided as-is for personal use. Enterprise or commercial redistribution requires a separate written agreement with the Company.
You may use SPCTR in Guest mode without creating an account. To access features beyond Guest limits, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and master password; (b) all activity that occurs under your account; and (c) notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask for your master password. We cannot recover your master password or decrypt your vault if it is lost.
You may only maintain one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits, referral restrictions, or any other limitation is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) are processed through RevenueCat and the applicable platform payment processor (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the applicable payment processor in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the applicable platform's refund policy. To request a refund directly, contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge.
SPCTR offers an invite referral program. Rewards are subject to anti-abuse rules: a maximum of 3 rewards per inviter per calendar month; invited accounts must remain active for at least 14 days before a reward is issued; self-referrals are prohibited; and no more than 2 referral signups from the same IP address per day will be credited. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
SPCTR may display a voluntary donation link via Ko-fi. Donations are entirely optional, confer no subscription entitlements, tier upgrades, or service guarantees, and are processed directly by Ko-fi under their own terms of service and privacy policy. Bruiser CyberSec LLC does not collect or store any payment information submitted through Ko-fi.
The Email Masking feature allows you to create alias addresses at the spctrmail.com domain that forward to your real email address. By using this feature, you agree to:

The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Bruiser CyberSec LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bruiser CyberSec LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any data you store or transmit through the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page of SPCTR. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, email masks, login history, and any encrypted sync data from our servers within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Arizona.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
